The Spring Taste of Australia Lunch
In conjunction with The Carrington Hotel’s Chef Samuel Commins, Lyndey has designed
a two-course lunch comprised of recipes from her new book.
To accompany the meal, Winemaker David Lowe has matched wines to each course. David will be on hand to present the wines and explain why he selected the wine to complement the dish. Ensuring that we end on a sweet note, local hero Josophan’s chocolates will be served with coffee.
$85 per person- Includes 2 course lunch, wines to match by Lowe Wines of Mudgee, Josophan’s chocolates with coffee and a copy of Lyndey Milan’s Taste of Australia.
