Three days of rest, recuperation and rejuvenation (our three R's).
Over three days you will receive yoga, twilight tour of the upper mountains, nutritional seminar, spiritual reading, art meditation therapy, some fun and of course Yindi Spa treatments. All this is held in the beautiful Carrington Hotel with accommodation and nutritional meals and juices.
