Wines of the West 2010

The Katoomba Chamber of Commerce & Community are again holding the Wines of the West Festival in the opulent Grand Dining Room of the Carrington Hotel. The event will be held on Saturday 23rd of January from 11am - 6 pm & on Sunday 24th of January from 11am - 5.30pm.
Last year the event attracted over 800 enthusiastic wine connoisseurs, all eager to taste and learn more about the regions fine wineries. Organizers are confident that the festival numbers will be up this year with an increased number of wineries, a distiller and a boutique brewery attending from the Central West and Blue Mountains.
Featured are wine exhibitors from the Bathurst, Mudgee, Cowra & Orange regions.
Proceeds from the event go towards the further improvement of facilities in Katoomba.
