The Carrington Ballroom offers the elegance and simplicity of another era.

Chandeliers, chamber orchestra stage, Georgian windows and direct access onto the verandah & piazza.

Champagne Charlie's Cocktail Bar & Lounge

Lord Carrington earned this nickname as he was known to drink champagne with every meal.

As well as a wide variety of specialty beverages, Champagne Charlies also serves a 'Carrington Day Menu' featuring lunches, morning and afternoon teas.

Adjoining Champagne Charlies' is the Guest Lounge, offering a gas fireplace, comfortable lounge seating and heritage decor.

The Lounge is the perfect place to relax and unwind while enjoying an ice cold cocktail or a meal from Champagne Charlies.

Old City Bank Bar & Brasserie

The Old City Bank Bar, located at the bottom of the main hotel driveway, is reminiscent of an old English pub.

Offering live entertainment most Friday & Saturday evenings, this bar also incorporates an outdoor beer garden.

Upstairs from the bar, the Old City Bank Brasserie offers an informal dining experience - wood fired pizzas, gourmet burgers, pastas, steaks and the freshest salads.
