The Upper Blue Mountains experiences all the charm, colours and delights of four seasons, however heavy snowfalls are rare. We were treated to a wonderful white weekend in July this year - perfect for celebrating Yulefest Dinners, cocktails and hot chocolates by the fireplaces and cosy lunches in the Old City Bank Brasserie.
You never know what will happen when you visit The Carrington.
