“This Year’s Modern” is the debut album from Blue Mountains-based troubadour Gavin Bowles. Released in late 2020 into the digital world, “This Year’s Modern” is now getting a limited vinyl release, and to celebrate Bowles and backing band 'The Distractions' are playing a one-off hometown show in Katoomba at The Baroque Room. Fellow mountains muso's CJ Stranger (+ band) and Blue Sherlock will be sharing the stage. $25 per person. Bookings can only be made in groups of 2 or 4 at a time (venue policy). Doors open 7:30pm. 18 + only. Strictly limited tickets.
